Reaching another milestone on its growth path, Budapest-based HungaroTrial – the market-leading Contract Research Organization in Central and Eastern Europe – has successfully turned into a closed corporation (Zrt), from its previous incarnation as a limited liability company (Kft).
The change, initiated by the company in December 2010, has been registered by the Budapest Metropolitan Court, and entered into force as of January 31, 2011. The change in HungaroTrial’s legal form does not directly affect the company’s relations with its business partners.
