Tasks:
- Takes part in the proposal preparation process in case of potential new projects
- Responsible for project planning and implementation based on the provided CRO Service Contract or Scope of Work and budget information.
- PM must take overall responsibility for project deliverables, deadlines, quality and profitability.
- PM should work in compliance with ICH Guidelines and applicable SOPs and assures the regulations are respected during the entire duration of the study.
- PM should calculate the resource requirements of the project, and should manage the availability of the necessary resources, including but not limited to internal and external human resources, technical resources, financial resources, and services by third parties.
- PM manages the third party vendors by directing vendor identification,qualification, selection, and oversight.
- PM must constantly review the timelines against study deliverables and periodically inform the responsible Director about the status of the project,focusing on the deliverables, deadlines, quality and profitability.
- Initiating corrective actions when necessary and preparing any follow-up action recommendations.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years working experience in multi-country clinical operations management as the member of the project team
- Life-science degree
- excellent communication and organization skills
- service minded attitude
